I began this cleaning service out of frustration at the level of, or rather lack of, customer service that was prevalent in the industry. I plunked down large chunks of money and would have to "preclean" and be disappointed at what was not cleaned.  So we decided to shake up the industry.  Provide a high level of service, with reasonable rates and deliver what was promised.  If we are going to clean the counter top, then we will pick up the dish drainer. Things that seemed so "normal" to me, were not to the industry leading services that I tried.  So give us a try, we will please you or we will do it again.  Thanks!!
